Do you deliver?
Delivery is typically available to venues and events located within the boundary area on the map at the bottom of this page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to our HQ's local neighbouring villages is free of charge. If you're further afield, delivery costs are included with your personalised quote.
Our venue located is outside of your delivery area but we really want to hire your trees, can we collect and return the trees to you instead?
Yes, you are welcome to arrange your own transport to collect and return hire trees if your venue is located outside of our delivery area - however it will need to meet some of our basic requirements to ensure our trees are not damaged in transit. You will also be required to provide a refundable deposit up to the value of the trees you are hiring.
I only want to hire one or two trees, is that possible?
Yes, on a collection and return basis only, unless your venue is located in one of our HQ's local neighbouring villages (i.e. Churchill, Burrington, Blagdon, Wrington etc).
What is your minimum order?
We use a custom built tree trailer to deliver our trees to weddings and events. Though factored into your quote, delivery costs are roughly the same (variable depending on the event's location) whether there are 10 or 20 trees on board so we encourage you to get as much on board as you can.
When are you open for tree viewings?
In light of Covid-19, we are now open for tree viewings by appointment only. We offer appointments Monday-Saturday between 09:00-18:00. Contact us to get booked in!
How many trees can you fit in your trailer?
It varies a little bit depending on the trees you like, your location and any weight restrictions that might be in place en route. We categorise our trees into small (65L pots and below), medium (65L-90L pots) and large (90L-130L pots). Typically our customers will have for example; 20 small trees, or 8-10 medium or large + 10 small. Everything is negotiable.
Do you offer nationwide delivery of your wedding favour trees?
Yes - we offer UK wide delivery of our wedding favours by courier service (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD depending on the package weight).
Do the trees come in just the pots?
That is optional. For tree hires we provide you with the option adding hessian wraps to surround the pots free of charge.
